Zoe Skirboll is a third-year Media Studies major with a minor in Leadership through the McIntire School of Commerce. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, she’s a lifelong sports fan, embracing the city’s pride and passion for its teams. Zoe is part of the UVA swim team, which has recently won four consecutive national championships. As her team builds a historic dynasty, she experiences firsthand the dedication and resilience required to excel as a student-athlete at the highest level. While her life as an athlete has shaped her identity, Zoe is committed to highlighting the person behind the athlete. She is passionate about giving athletes a platform to showcase who they are beyond their sport, revealing the often unseen sides of their lives.
